Q.E.D., Inc is a home building firm that has been providing the Main Line constituency with quality homes and remodeling services for over 40 years. Led by owner Martin Avery Snyder, Q.E.D. has renovated hundreds of homes ranging in size from 2,500 SF to 25,000 SF, as well as building high-end, custom homes of all designs. Mr. Snyder, a graduate of M.I.T., came to the building industry in 1972 after a successful career as a physics and math professor at Bryn Mawr College. Marrying his love for design, architecture and construction with his mathematical acumen, Martin has expertly carved out a business that balances high quality craftsmanship, with attention to detail, problem-solving and customer relations. Versed in the quality building techniques of the great Main Line estates, Q.E.D. continuously produces an end product that is one of the more sought-after in the region.
Kisimul Management, LLC is a capital management group specializing in redevelopment and venture capital. Kisimul is managed by owner Rory McNeil, a 35-year business executive who has experience in sales, real estate, broadcasting, public relations, advertising and restaurant proprietorship.
